Day 7: 10-Minute Guided Meditation for Inner Peace — Weekly Review #1030
Daily Meditation Podcast | Aug 01 2026 | 00:14:06

Welcome back, for the last day of this series.
Over the past six days, we released, we rested, we grounded, we protected, we expressed, and we brought it all into balance. Today, we simply pause — and look back.
This isn't about doing something new. It's about noticing everything that's already shifted.

Today's Practice: Weekly Review MeditationToday's 10-minute meditation is a gentle guided reflection, moving back through each day of this series:
- Day 1 — Release: What did you set down this week?
- Day 2 — Rest: Where did you find stillness, even briefly?
- Day 3 — Ground: How did your breath support you when things felt like too much?
- Day 4 — Protect: What boundary did you begin to honor?
- Day 5 — Express: What truth did you let yourself feel, even if you didn't say it aloud?
- Day 6 — Balance: What did it feel like to bring it all together?
We won't rush through these. We'll simply let each one rise gently, notice it, and let it go — carrying forward only what serves you.
💛 Daily Message for Your HeartDear Friend,
You don't have to master peace in a week. You only have to keep returning to it.
Whatever you noticed this week — even if it was small — is real, and it's yours to keep. Peace isn't a place you arrive at once and stay forever. It's a practice you return to, again and again, for the rest of your life.
With love,
Mary
🌙 Sleep Softly TonightBefore bed tonight, try this closing ritual:
- Lie down and take a slow breath in, then out.
- Silently ask: What is one thing from this week I want to carry forward?
- Let the answer arrive without forcing it — a word, a feeling, an image.
- Place your hand gently over your heart and let that one thing settle in as you drift toward sleep.
Thank you for practicing with me this week. Rest well tonight.
